Pebbles Preschool & Kindergarten Director: Lela Arney

Lela has been following Jesus for the last fifteen years and served as a local missionary in her twenties for Child Evangelism Fellowship, teaching children the gospel of Christ. Lela has worked in the child care field for over 14 years and is currently working toward her Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. She earned her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education in 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2019. She has previous experience directing a Christian preschool with a three-star rating through the Quality Rating Improvement Scale (QRIS). She also has four years of experience in teaching staff as a Nevada-Registry approved trainer. As a director, her emphasis has been to help teachers intentionally create warm and receptive relationships with the children entrusted to our care through modeling the love of Jesus.
