You're warmly invited to The Rock Church's Easter Service on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Join us at 4950 Vista Boulevard, Sparks, NV 89436, as we come together to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our service will feature uplifting worship, an inspiring message, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Children's programs will be available during the service.

Join us Friday, April 18th for an immersive guided tour that will walk groups through a meaningful experience of interactive and creative stations encompassing the events that ultimately led Jesus to the cross.

There are sign-ups available starting at 6:30pm and repeating every 6 minutes and ending around 9:00pm.  The experience will take between 20 to 30 minutes in total.

The event will be a somber experience that explores difficult issues related to Good Friday like torture and death. Please use parental discretion to determine what ages would be appropriate.

Childcare will be available to all participants.

Celebrate the season with us at our annual Christmas Eve Service. Gather with friends and family to experience the joy and warmth of Christmas as we sing carols, share an inspiring message, and light candles together. Childcare will be available for infants through Pre-K, while children in Kindergarten and above are invited to join their families in the service. We look forward to welcoming you!

Get ready for Jingle Bell Rock! We’re hosting an event for your family to experience together, where you’ll sing Christmas carols, play reindeer games, ho-ho-ho until your sides hurt, and grow in your faith in engaging ways — for every age! After the program, stay for the afterparty featuring a cozy hot chocolate bar, fun family games, and festive crafts for everyone to make together. We truly cannot wait to experience Jingle Bell Rock with you!

Come join us for a heartwarming performance by our preschoolers as they share the story of the Candy Cane and its special connection to Jesus. We invite you to celebrate with us and witness the kids’ hard work, joy, and excitement as they bring this beautiful message to life!

Join us for a cozy afternoon tea on Saturday, December 7th at 12:00 pm. This year, we’ll gather for a relaxed afternoon focused on connection, with treats, tea, and friendship. Bring a dessert or appetizer to share, and invite a friend or two to join the fun! 

The cost is $5 per person. Childcare will be provided for children up to 5th grade. Please include your kids in the RSVP to help us plan.

Get ready for an epic Nerf war at church on Sunday, November 11th, from 4:30 - 8:00 pm! We’ll have pizza, extra Nerf guns, and darts for those who need them, so bring your friends and join us for an evening of action-packed fun!

Child dedication is a special moment for our church community. As parents, you are committing your children to God and God's purpose for their lives. As your community, we are committing to journeying with you to help your child grow in their understanding of God’s love and what it means to follow Jesus. 

At the Rock Church, we strive to be a people that cultivate belonging, restoration, and a collective impact. Together, we will walk alongside your family as we support your child in their faith journey.

Join us on Saturday, October 26th from 4–6 pm for our annual Trunk or Treat, where children can celebrate in a fun and safe environment by collecting candy from festively decorated car trunks. Don your favorite costume and be part of this community-wide Halloween celebration!

Who doesn’t love a good competition? We are bringing back The Rock Chili Cook-off! If you have a chili recipe you’d like to share, be sure to sign up. 

All you need to do is prepare a crockpot of your favorite recipe and bring it to church on Sunday, October 20th. People will be able to sample your chili, and we’ll have a few official judges to determine the winning recipe. Invite your friends and family to join us as we share a meal and crown our very own Chili Champion!

Join us for a cozy Bonfire Night on Saturday, October 5th, from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the church parking lot! Bring your portable fire pits, and we'll provide all the s'mores ingredients for a fun family event that everyone is welcome to enjoy.

The Rock Church is putting on a Senior Prom, and when we say senior -- we mean those of you who are 55 or older, but also our students 6th to 12th grade. That's right! We're bringing these two unique groups together who might otherwise never cross paths, for a night of dinner and dancing and live music.

The live music will be performed by the band TBD.

Ask that high school sweetheart of yours or come as a group, or even stag! You won't want to miss it, it'll be a night to remember. After all -- "...Do you remember? The 21st night of September?..."
